Hiring across borders?
Experienced African professionals already work in teams across the continent and around the world. Pick your region to see how we help.
Senior and specialist hires for employers across the continent, from multinationals expanding into new African markets to fast-growing local businesses.
- We search for talent across African markets, not only in the country where the role is based, so you see people who know the region.
- We check work-permit requirements for the country where the role is based before any introduction.
- Fees can be quoted in your currency.

- Recognition routes exist for many African qualifications, such as CA(SA) for chartered accountants. We check the route for each role.
- Remote hires work UK hours with little or no time difference.

- We confirm visa eligibility and timing with each candidate before an introduction, so you only meet people who can actually make the move.
- Fees can be quoted in Australian or New Zealand dollars.

Questions
How do your fees work?
10% of the first-year package, payable only when your hire starts, with a free replacement if they leave within 90 days. Any current launch offer is shown in the fees section above.
How long does a search take?
You receive a phone-screened shortlist of three within five working days of your go-ahead. Time to start then depends on interviews and the candidate's notice period, which is often one to three months.
Can you hire outside South Africa?
Yes. We search for employers across Africa, in the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, the Gulf and remote teams. We confirm each candidate's right to work and visa or permit position before introducing them.
Can you search confidentially?
Yes. We can approach candidates without naming your company until there's mutual interest, and we sign a confidentiality agreement if you need one.
Do you support employment equity targets?
Yes. We can focus a search in line with your employment equity plan, and we keep job briefs free of requirements that aren't inherent to the role.
What if the person doesn't work out?
If your hire leaves within 90 days of starting, we search again for the same role at no extra cost.
Do I pay anything?
No. Employers pay for our service. We never charge candidates a fee.
Will you send my CV to employers without asking?
Never. We discuss each role with you first and only share your details with that employer once you agree.
Can you help me find work in another country?
Yes, for roles we're recruiting for across Africa, in the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, the Gulf and remote teams. We'll talk through right-to-work, permit and visa requirements with you first. We never charge a fee.
I applied. When will I hear back?
Within three working days after we screen you, whether or not you're shortlisted.
